Returns

 

Regrettably, returns are not accepted. However, you may qualify for a refund. Given the perishable nature of our products, returns are discouraged unless expressly requested. Gillespie's Fine Foods strictly adheres to authorized return policies. Should an unauthorized return be received, Gillespie's Fine Foods cannot be held liable for refunding any shipping costs associated with the unauthorized return.

 

Refund Request or Replacement

 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of receipt. We are committed to addressing your concerns and achieving a satisfactory resolution if necessary.

Refund / Replacement Restrictions:

  • Refunds are issued in the same amount and form of payment used for the original order.
  • Refunds are applicable only to purchases made at Gillespies.com.

For orders placed on Gillespies.com, refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

  • Delivery issues stem from incorrect, invalid, or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Delivery complications are directly attributable to the shipping carrier.
  • Delivery is delayed or affected by inclement weather or unforeseeable circumstances.
  • Products are mishandled or improperly stored post-delivery.
  • A delivery is refused by the recipient or returned to Gillespie's Fine Foods without authorization.

 

Cancelling Your Order

 

Please contact us promptly, and we will endeavor to cancel your order. However, if the order has already been packed or shipped, cancellation may not be feasible.
